![]() Fae Patrons - Fae are chaotic and fickle beings, granting pacts on a whim or for some First World purposes hidden from the realm of mortals.Even then, they do not gain spells at higher levels as described later. Warlocks do not gain spells at higher levels like other mystics and cannot cast spells unless they possess an archetype, such as Imbued Soul, that independently grants spell casting abilities. This means invocations do not have verbal, somatic or component parts, Warlocks can use their powers at will as long as they are conscious. Warlocks do not cast spells, instead they use invocations - mental requests for uses of their powers. The cosmic horror requires an application before being approved. For the infernal, you entered into some deal with an infernal creature and your powers manifest once this deal is struck. For the fae patron, your powers manifest usually as you enter puberty. Your backstory will determine the source of your invocations. All of these invocation paths are not all open to everyone. Warlock pulls their invocations from their tie to their patron: fae (King Oberon or Queen Titania), Infernal (Demon Lord or Archdevil) or Cosmic Horror (Great Old One, Elder God, Outer God).All necromancers are evil and are at odds with most deities who are not deities of the undead. All necromancers are calling upon negative energies and working to contradict the will of the gods by ignoring the time of someone's allotted death, pulling them back from their gods' afterlife. ALL necromancers pull upon and use negative energy. ![]() ![]() There is currently no sub-class for necromancers, but there is necromancy in the game and this may be expanded upon within the Professions mod at a later time.Magi pulls their spell casting from arcane sources.Fecund pulls their spell casting from nature or nature deities.Faith pulls their spell casting from their deity or, in the alternative, they must specify their domain (law chaos good or evil) and they will draw their power from one of those domains instead of an actual deity.These spells and invocations are detailed in the spells section below. You can post in this same ticket every time you cast a spell. You should open a magic casting ticket at the start of the season and leave it open for the life of your character. If it is not posted in that ticket it was not cast. All RP spells must be posted in the character's magic casting ticket with a screen shot of your level. All magic has a price, however, and for each type of mystic there is a cost to be paid. Some of these mystics focus their attention on healing, some on nature and others on arcane magics. Mystics use their connection to their god to pull on powers and abilities that are magical in nature.
